Full Detailed Itinerary

Experience the best of three regions with the highest and diverse wildlife concentrations than anywhere in Kenya - Lewa, Mara and Amboseli. The 62,000 acre wildlife conservancy, a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site, is home to 10% of Kenya's black rhino population and the single largest population of Grevy's zebra in the world.

Days 1-3:

Arrival / Amboseli National Park / Tortilis Camp

On arrival into Jomo Kenyatta International Airport you will be met by our representative who will transfer you to Wilson Airport to connect with your 08h15 Safarilink scheduled flight to Amboseli. You will be collected from the airstrip and transferred to Tortilis Camp, where you will be greeted by the beauty of Africa’s highest mountain, snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro. Accommodation is booked for 3 nights on a full board basis.

Amboseli is best known for its unrivalled views of Kilimanjaro, and its large elephant population. Tortilis Camp is named after the flat-topped, umbrella thorn tree, the Acacia Tortilis, and is situated in one of Amboseli's areas of Acacia Tortilis woodland, with the majestic backdrop of Africa's highest mountain, and the World’s highest free-standing mountain, snow-capped Kilimanjaro. Game drives, walks, sundowners and bush meals take place both inside the Park, and within the camp’s private 30,000 acre game concession. The tents are all spacious, with king or twin beds and elegant en suite bathrooms. There is a main lounge, bar and dining area, all exquisitely built with natural materials and thatched roofs, with magnificent views of Kilimanjaro.

Days 4-6:

Lewa Wildlife Conservancy / Lewa Safari Camp

After breakfast you will be transferred to the airstrip for the Safarilink scheduled flight to Wilson Airport to connect with the scheduled flight to Lewa Wildlife Conservancy departing at 10h20. On arrival you will be met by a representative from Lewa Safari Camp who will transfer you to the camp with game viewing en route. Accommodation is booked for 3 nights on a full board basis.

Lewa Safari Camp has a stunning location within Lewa Wildlife Conservancy, with outstanding game viewing from camp, views of Mt. Kenya to the south and the arid lowlands to the north. Each tent has a thatched roof, verandah and full ensuite bathroom. The central areas have cool gardens with a sunny verandah and swimming pool to enjoy during the day, and cosy log fires in the lounge and dining room during the chilly evenings. The 62,000 acre wildlife conservancy, a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site, is home to 10% of Kenya's black rhino population and the single largest population of Grevy's zebra in the world. Lewa reinvests all profits generated from tourism, including profits from Lewa Safari Camp, into its core programs. When you visit Lewa Safari Camp, you contribute to helping thousands of people from different backgrounds and cultures improve their lives and give their children a future, as well as ensuring Africa's wildlife has a stable home

Days 7-9:

Mara North Conservancy / Elephant Pepper Camp

After breakfast you will be transferred to the airstrip for the 09h05 Safarilink scheduled flight to the Mara North Airstrip. On arrival you will be met by a representative from Elephant Pepper Camp who will transfer you to the camp with game viewing en route. Accommodation is booked for 3 nights on a full board basis.

Elephant Pepper Camp is situated in the prime core of the protected Mara North Conservancy wilderness area. In the same location for 20 years and one of the original, very small and exclusive tented camps, Elephant Pepper is located away from other lodges, in the heart of the African bush. The spacious canvas tents are comfortably furnished, featuring ensuite bathrooms with flush toilets and traditional safari showers. Nothing rivals sitting around the campfire enjoying the sounds of the African night. Enjoying extended game drives in the best equipped 4x4 game drive vehicles, clients participate in the most unique wildlife experience in the world. Elephant Pepper Camp brings people back to nature ~ no traffic, no permanent structures, just the sights and sounds of the African bush.
